KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across the full spectrum. 2. Lead client relationships and business development activity. 3. Advise clients (primarily technology companies, SaaS vendors, and growth-stage businesses) on contract risk, commercial terms, and regulatory compliance (POPIA, data protection).

REQUIREMENTS

1. Hands-on transactional experience. 2. Strong drafting. 3. Client-facing confidence. 4. Small-firm DNA. 5. Genuine succession appetite.

PREFERRED REQUREMENTS

1. IT/ technology law experience or exposure to SaaS, software licensing, or data protection (POPIA). 2. Experience in a boutique or mid-tier firm.
