KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and manage complex corporate and commercial transactions from inception through to close. 2. Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional clients. 3. Drive business development by building and maintaining client relationships at senior level. 4. Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to the firm's practice group leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Admitted attorney with 10+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law. 2. Proven track record advising on M&A, joint ventures, or major commercial contracts. 3. Ability to independently run a full practice and manage client relationships. 4. Director-level seniority with the standing to operate at executive level.

1. Transaction management from start to finish. 2. Client development and business origination. 3. Commercial contract drafting and negotiation. 4. Team leadership and mentoring junior lawyers. 5. Strategic advisory across industries.
