KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Advise on corporate liquidations, business rescue proceedings, and related creditor and debtor matters. 2. Represent clients in High Court applications. 3. Lead business rescue and restructuring mandates. 4. Manage a team of practitioners (CA’s, junior and senior associates). 5. Maintain key client and practitioner relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Admitted attorney with strong insolvency and business rescue experience at director level. 2. Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Insolvency Act, and related legislation. 3. Experience representing diverse stakeholders (liquidators, creditors, and distressed entities). 4. Commercial acumen to navigate complex restructuring dynamics with speed and authority.

KEY SKILLS
