Background

GRM's Partner Recruitment Team were selected to find a new corporate partner for the Tanzania office of one of the African continents largest and most prestigious law firms, ALN.

•We have placed in excess of 400 Lawyers into overseas moves, 60+ cities. We have the track record others crave.

Challenges Faced

The biggest challenge of this particular search was to identify someone from the London market, with exposure to Tanzania work and a wider African practice, who was prepared to move to Dar es Salaam.

The second challenge was making sure that technically, culturally, and experience wise the Lawyers were of a world-class standard.

Following the implementation of these strategies, we successfully delivered a Partner with an exceptional track record across East and Southern Africa, based out of London with an exceptional reputation within Tanzanian corporate clients, the Partner and his family have moved to Dar and will add expertise and incredible revenue to the office.
