KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage a portfolio of high-value commercial disputes, including High Court litigation and arbitration. 2. Provide strategic legal advice on disputerisk management, settlement strategy, and enforcement. 3. Originate new disputes work and expand the firm's footprint with new and existing clients. 4. Lead and develop a team of junior and mid-level disputes practitioners.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Admitted attorney with extensive litigation experience at partner level. 2. Strong High Court track record in commercial disputes. 3. Ability to run a fullpractice independently, including team and client management. 4. An established market reputation and professional network. 5. Transferrable book of business.
